We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Please note that we typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product itself is flawed or defective.
- The print quality is poor, blurry, or incorrect.
- The product you received is completely different from what was originally represented on our website.
How to submit a claim: Please email us at [email protected] with a clear photo of the product you received, along with any detailed shots you wish to include. Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
For all other requests, please email us. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, please send us an email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the proper return address if approved.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping & Returns
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
*Note: If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
